Unlike many venues, The Vista Room does not require you to use specific vendors. You’re free to bring in the caterer, florist, or entertainment that fits your vision.

Additional Details & Policies

  • Rental time begins at 3pm ending at 10pm.
    This includes set up and clean-up time  

  • Up to 200 guests can be hosted for luncheon or dinner  

  • Up to 400 guests can be hosted for a flowing style reception  

  • Outdoor spaces are ceremony-only to maintain the grounds  

  • Alcohol is not allowed on the property
